Dynamic Closing 5 minutes
DYNAMIC CLOSING/TIME LEFT: If a bid is entered within the last five minutes of the closing of an item, the closing time will be extended by five minutes. When or How do I preview the auction items in person? When or how do I pickup my auction items?
Look at our home page, Upcoming Auction Calendar. The location, date(s) and time(s) for the preview and pick-up/removal will be listed there. Make note of location as some auctions occur at our Texasbid warehouse and some occur at the seller's home or business.
Please know that the scheduled preview and pick-up dates and times are incredibly important to our schedule. If you are not able to attend the scheduled pick-up/removal please do not bid on that particular auction.

I bid $ x.xx amount and the program says it accepted my bid, but I am not the high bidder? Why?
Someone has previously placed an auto-bid or a max-bid amount higher than your bid. See item #6 above.

Always look to make sure that your bidder number shown on home page next to your name where it says, "Welcome, John Doe (1234)", is listed on the item as the High Bidder. You should refresh your web page to make sure of the current information.

Does clicking "Remove" on items in My Watch List or items I'm bidding on remove my bids?
No. Once a bid is placed, the bidder is responsible for that bid. Bids can't be removed as stated in the Bidder's Contract and Terms & Conditions listed on each & every auction item page.
Clicking on "Remove", just removes the item from your view on that page, not your bids.
Customers may wish to remove items from their Watch List or Items Won list to keep the their pages they view clear at each auction.

I'm a high bidder on an item , where do I find information about Pickup & Removal ? and Why is this date & time important ?
Pickup & Removal information can always be found in two (2) places:
1. On the home page or main calender page. Date, time and location are listed.
2. On each item page, in the box labeled "terms and conditions., the date, time & location are listed, as well as the "location" column.

It is so very important that you come to the scheduled pickup.

1. Texasbid is under contract on every auction we perform. Based on the terms of the contract all items must be removed by a certain date & time. Texasbid must then return keys and are not allowed entry after a certain date and time. If we can't get in you can't get in.

2. The auction calender is created months in advance. A great deal of time & effort goes into the planning and arrangement of the calender. Please respect this.

3. Keep in mind that the seller is having an auction for a reason. The seller wants the items to leave the premises.

4. If you, or a representative for you, can NOT attend the scheduled pickup date, time and location then please forgo (do not) bid. Please respect this.
